I grew up playing sports and being super skinny, but after an injury, I stopped playing and went to college where I completely lost myself. I fell into things I never thought I would and drifted so far from God that one day, I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize myself. Physically, I was overweight and unhealthy & emotionally and spiritually, I was broken and lost. That moment was a wake up call. I began taking my fitness and nutrition seriously, navigating a million ups and downs along the way. Through perseverance, faith, and tons of mistakes lol, I was finally able to create a healthy, sustainable routine that doesn’t consume my life but contributes to it in a beautiful, empowering way. Jesus met me where I was and truly all glory to Him. Today, I’m healthy, confident, and living my dream life with a body and self-confidence I never thought possible.
